I'm trying to be fair about this because were staying here for the week of the big freeze in Feb 2021. No water and no power nearly all week and temps well below freezing. Not the park's fault as the city cut water to the entire town and TX just plain screwed up the power grid. But the park is nice and in good shape otherwise. Short distance to the water and marina area. There is some significant traffic noise from Hiway 35 right outside the fence and being under an airport approach for small planes. There is a nice little laundry facility and they are working on adding a pool. There is a fair amount of shade, roads and parking are paved. New sod throughout park with a sprinkler system. Recommended.

This park feels homey, nice trees, enough space between neighbors. Fair amount of long term and snow birds. Everyone is respectful, tidy, and quiet. The owners are responsive and accommodating. They went out of their way to help us extend our stay. Prices are about the most reasonable you will find around here, yet have a nice place to stay.
Beautiful place. Cool breezes from.the bay. Close and convenient to everything. Beautiful trees. Large concrete patios with little lawns. Level concrete runners to park on
Moved over to this rv resort from rv park next door. Reason for the move, 3 times the lot space, high def tv 40 ch, 40 regular chs. included. Wi-Fi through out the park powerful enough for movies on all sites, grass so thick and soft even a barefoot old Nebraska retired person can enjoy the lawn, walking distance to the Bay, Post office, restaurant, bars, family Dollar, close to the main shopping for all your needs, 1 to 3 mile drive. Shade tree or full sun, whatever you want for all seasons. For me, just a short drive to the best fishing in the coastal bend with 17 different kayak launch's.Not to mention the owners are the best. Will be back earlier than last year and staying later. Michael and Deb
This place is amazing and John and Nick are still putting in new sites. The are sweet, patient men and listen to you even if they are busy.
