Terribly slow!appointment at 11:20. Checked in at 11:10. Currently it’s 11:48 and haven’t been seen. It has said 0-minute wait time for about the last 10 minutes. I will not be coming back ever

Arrived just as they opened at 9 on Sunday. Was in and out fairly quickly even with another person ahead of me. I saw Macy a NP and she was very kind and pleasant. I didn’t feel rushed or brushed off. I pretty much knew what was wrong with me and she listened intently and took in everything I had to say, I definitely felt heard. She was thorough and the appointment didn’t feel rushed. She easily sent my meds to a different pharmacy closer to my house and I was on my way. Definitely a good experience and would use again.

Looks like all these negative reviews happened a while ago. I am looking for a place ands walgreens didn't have any so I will try here....Looks like they cleaned up their act and hired some nice people.I will keep you posted.

The pharmacist was receptive and understanding and the doctor was very kind, respectfully and understanding as well. Overall good experience, only the lady at The pharmacy's register was a bit dry and miserable looking, but we all have bad days so can't complain too much. They helped me get what I needed.

This place doesn't deserve the low rating anymore which was based on old staff who no longer work there. I went in today for fever/bodyaches and was seen by Rebecca Akahama NP. Symptoms weren't adding up until she tried a flu test... Bingo. She said she had one other patient test positive in past week... in July, no less. She's very pleasant and knowledgeable and I'd definitely recommend this MC location.
