Amazing customer service! Managing finances and caregiving for an elderly family member 850 miles away (she lives in KC, I live in Houston) is hard and stressful. Life would be so much easier if I could just be there, but I can't so I have to place my trust in strangers. In came Alissa at FurnitureSpotKC to save the day. When my relative broke her hip and arm, her bedroom had to be redesigned to accommodate new mobility limitations. Buying furniture is easy, but getting it assembled / installed / trash hauled away is typically not possible - especially during the pandemic. Far beyond transactional, when I reached out to Alissa to describe our special needs, she snapped into overdrive to help. Her empathetic ear, generosity of time, and community-minded spirit was a true life saver for us as she found a unique solution that worked for our situation. Highly recommend shopping here. The deals were amazing and it’s locally owned by a wonderful woman and her husband. The customer service we received was outstanding and I can’t wait to pick up our beautiful new sectional. Will be back for future needs for sure.
Great experience! Alissa was knowledgeable, answered all our questions and quickly returned our calls. We purchased a sectional and reclining loveseat, while our house was finishing being built. Unfortunately, the lounge piece is one piece too much for our living area. Make sure you take all your measurements before choosing your furniture. (All sales are final, no returns) She did try offer to switch the lounge for another reclining piece but unfortunately that still takes up too much space.
