Worst customer service ever. Called a dozen times to see if our order was ready. We'd get mixed messages saying that it was ready, other times saying it was not. Finally when they told us 4 calls in a row (2 different people) saying that it was ready, we went. When we got there they had us sign in and wait 45 minutes to tell us that it hadn't been delivered yet.
