The staff at Furniture World NW are AMAZING! My honey and I were searching for a specific item and the gals at Furniture World went above and beyond. They didn't have the product in stock, but they were resourceful and found the items, and got them shipped super speedily. Not to mention they were so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning to Furniture World for all of our future furniture needs. Thanks again Furniture World!

Thank you so much to Nicole. She is amazing!!! I feel she went above and beyond for me. I recieved all my furniture today as promised and my wife Katty and I are more then satisfied. I also want to thank my delivery driver Jordan and his partner. They were extremely efficient and carful with my furniture upon delivery. I will recommend to everyone to shop here.
My wife and I went to this location to purchase a couch on 9/20/20 Nothing special, just a couch. After looking around for about an hour, we found what we wanted and proceeded to the check out area where we were informed it would take 14-16 weeks due to production delays caused by COVID-19. Given the situation, we hesitantly agreed and purchased the sofa. After waiting 14 weeks, my wife called to check the status and was told they were \still looking at 18 weeks\ which was not the deadline we were originally given. On week 18 I called and spoke to Rose (our sales person). initially she had trouble getting an update however, she did call about 20 minutes later. I was informed that they had not even started building our couch yet!! They had pushed production to happen around the 29th of January or so! Now we were coming up on a half a year to get a basic sofa?? We were told it was on schedule a few weeks earlier?! Nobody had ever called to tell us of this delay either! 4 months of our time has been wasted without even an apology. Lived in this area for 25 years and we will never shop at this location/business again.
Josh is great, we were in and out in under 20 mins with the perfect couch for us. The paperwork was quick and he scheduled a delivery for the same week! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick easy no bs deal.
I love my new couch!! Paid for it yesterday, was delivered today! Awesome customer service!! I highly recommended!! A
