Our team has been a long-time tenant of Fusion and we currently occupy an office there. There is a substantial amount of homeless people that frequently creep around the building, especially in the rear portion. We have raised concern with Fusion about this numerous times, but they don’t seem to care. We recently had our office suite accessed from the rear and thieves stole one of our team members computers. The security of this building has been neglected in numerous areas and I highly recommend that you take that into consideration if you’re looking for a secure office. Management at Fusion are difficult to deal with and typically will not accept responsibility for pretty much anything. MAKE SURE YOU READ YOUR CONTRACT !
