Virtual Zoom cooking class today -- made some Mediterranean-inspired power bowls. Honestly, once everything was prepped, I was thinking it was just ordinary Mediterranean food. BUT WOW. SOOO tasty! The specialty vinegars and oils seriously added deliciousness to the meals. The chef was relaxed and easy to understand. Will do another one!

If you want to up your culinary game, just add Fustini's. Their oils and vinegars are so good, you can practically drink them straight. There is hardly a meal you can make that won't be improved by using any of their products. Salads, soups, deglazing any sauté, any place you'd add wine, you can use one of their lovely vineyard. I have at least 20 bottles at any given time.

Extraordinary customer service and knowledge of the products. Both managers, past and present, always go the extra mile(s) to accommodate any need. Their expertise and assistance have been vital for developing a successful EVOO and balsamic vinegar tasting for a course on culinary history I teach! We are truly fortunate to have such an amazing store in Ann Arbor! Looking forward to trying their new EVOO tasting kit! Highly recommended!
