We had a very bad experience with Mark Rollins Jr. of G&B. He installed a new door for our brand new double garage. The chain that lifts the door was loose and jumpy and the door gave us problems from basically month 1. Eventually, it became totally unusable and we called Mark for help. He said he'll come but wanted 150 just for the visit. We told him to forget it and called a competitor.
Very professional. Super fast and thorough.
