The landscaping company I work for always uses GP Fabrications for their trailer repairs and they always get the job done perfectly. Quick response and fair prices makes us very loyal to George and his team.
If I could give him 0 stars I would! We dropped our travel trailer by George in early May 2017 to fix a roof that was hit by a tree. At the begging he was very good about responding to emails/calls and working with our insurance company. After he got almost 7k from the insurance to fix the trailer, the communication stopped. He promised to fix it within 2 weeks, and it’s been almost 6 months and he didn’t even touch the trailer!!!! He doesn’t answer our emails or phone calls anymore, unless we call from a number he doesn’t recognize, so every time we want an update we have to drive almost 1 hour from our home to discover that there has been zero progresss. One weekend we came to check the trailer while the shop was closed, and we were amazed to discover that the trailer’s door was unlocked, and the hitch didn’t even have a lock on it. Someone can easily go inside the trailer and sleep or steal something, or even worse, drive away with the trailer... We asked to see the materials he was supposed to buy and he said “it’s in the next door warehouse”. We asked to see receipts for the materials and he said “I need to look for them, and I’ll email you”. He never did. He keeps saying that he is waiting for good weather to fix the roof because the trailer doesn’t fit in his warehouse. Well, the summer is over and the good weather with it! And btw before he got the trailer, he peomissed that it would actually fit in his warehouse. Basically, George Pavey is a pathological liar! He rolls money from one-job-to-another, and it’s obvious that he is short on manpower. Stay away from George and save your time and energies! It’s not worth the frustration he is putting us through.
