My experience at g2g could not have been more pleasant. From the moment I stepped into the store, I was kindly greeted and help was immediately offered. Owner and technicians were extremely knowledgeable. We spent a generous amount of time carefully discussing my computing needs and carefully selecting my parts. Price cannot be beat. For the service and the parts I am incredibly happy with my purchase. The owner will stay within your prescribed budget. The owner is also committed to green service; I fully support his business philosophy on recyclable computing. Bottom line, g2g offers more than just brick and mortar; they are true professionals: helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I fully endorse this establishment and hope you take the time to see what they are about.

If you need your computer fixed/built or need parts this is the place to go. They have excellent customer service. The price range is extremely satisfying. I will say that I was a little nervous going into the PC world with no help. Just had a pocket full of money ready to buy a gaming RIG. But since the first day of walking into the store everyone from the staff and the owner were very inviting. Not only did I know every employee by name, but also new the business owners name and number for any last minute questions I would have. definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking to getting into PC gaming or just want a really nice PC build. thank you to all the staff and G2G Extreme for helping me out!

George was absolutely phenomenal. I called the store up to ask a few questions, and he told me to swing on by. I was originally just looking for a case to transplant my first computer build into. Unfortunately for him, I wanted a case that he was halfway done with its build. He said "Not a problem" and said to give him a bit of time to break it down and that we can get mine into that case the next day. Not only did he give me amazing customer service but at the end of the day didn't make me feel like just another customer. He went well beyond what I thought was a reasonable exchange, just to make sure that I walked out with a healthy computer. Not only were there first time mistakes that were made on my end, but there was stuff way deeper that probably would never have even thought to look. Took his time as if it was his own computer and made things nice and tidy. Or as he would say "Treat it like a piece of art". As an (Extreme) entry level builder, I know now if I have questions, I have a go-to place.

Came in to fix my laptop but it was to late to save it. The hooked me up with a new one for a good price and made sure I was all set up
