I went to the "Geniuses" at the Apple store who told me to buy a new phone to replace my 2 year old iPhone 10X. Went to a local iPhone repair shop who charged me 35 to tell me they couldn't fix it. Found Gadget Repair Factory on Yelp and made an appointment. They had my phone fixed by the end of the day. That was a few months ago and my phone is working flawlessly. Since then I've brought my boss's phone, and a few friends' phones, all repaired perfectly. Great team, quality work, and great service. Highly recommended.

Purchased two phone cases and two screen protectors at Woodlands Mall. The one for my Note 10 was not sticking to the screen and the sales person said to wait 24 hours for the screen saver to set and would not give a refund. 50 for one case, 65 for another case, 60 for screen saver and 65 for another screen saver. With all that money spent, they would not make it right. Credit card dispute is the only way to go.

Very fast and professional service. I went to a couple of places before finding GRF on google. I have a old S8 screen that needed too be fixed and luckily they had it in stock at a reasonable price. I left my phone with them went to shop and picked it up 1 hr later. Very happy.

I had to get my iPad screen replaced. After seeing how well they worked, I also got a battery replacement for my iPhone 8. The pricing is very reasonable, they work quick, know their stuff, and I’m overall very satisfied. They also have a great selection for cases /screen protectors. Totally recommend!

I shattered the screen on my Samsung note 20. The screen had lines all over it and was turning on and off. Gadget Repair Factory fixed the display and the glass. It only took the team about 20 minutes or so. Very happy with their service. 10/10 would recommend.

My 3 year old daughter dropped my iphone last week and since the screen on my iphone was swollen and pushed out. Unfortunately AppleCare doesn’t cover this so I came to Gadget Repair Factory for a quick fix and my iPhone repair was done within a few hours and returned to me working like new!
