The service I received at this store was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! DEFIENTLY A 5 STAR EXPERIENCE!! Alex my sales person and Kristina my parts specialist made my experience perfect!! My unit was just as I asked and the service couldn't be better! I will refer these two and this dealership to anyone who is interested in making a purchase on parts or any machine.

Top notch, made me really feel like a VIP. Staff was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I had no knowledge about side by sides and Nic (my salesman) went above and beyond to bring me up to speed. I left satisfied and feeling like I made an informed decision. I drove 2 hours to Alabama from Georgia and it was more than worth it!!!!! Speed Zone in Gadsden is Top Notch!!!!!!

I bought a 2021 Honda Rincon ATV from SpeedZone Motorsports in Gadsden. I was looking for one for several weeks, and didn't see it in stock on any nearby dealer's website so I figured I'd have to order it. I drove to Gadsden AL on a Saturday to see what would be involved in getting one on order. I went inside and was looking around and after a few minutes, Hunter Williams asked me if he could help. Hunter checked their computer and it turned out they had one in stock. He explained all of the warranty and service options. They made me a good deal on it with an extended warranty so I bought it. It was a great buying experience... no pressure. There were no surprises when I got to the finance room. The price Hunter quoted was exactly what I paid to the penny. I didn't have my trailer with me, so I arranged to pick it up on the following Tuesday. Hunter sent me a text early Tuesday AM and let me know he wasn't able to meet me on Tuesday due to a family emergency, but that they would all take good care of me when I got there. When my son and I got there that afternoon, they were expecting us. They gave us a special pen so that my son and I could sign their wall which had hundreds of other signatures of first-time buyers. I got the tour of the parts and service department. The Honda Rincon ATV is smooth.. rides great. Great experience.. low pressure.. no surprises.. good price.. friendly people. Highly recommend SpeedZone Motorsports in Gadsden AL... worth the drive.
