A great experience, start to finish. The dispatcher lady was extremely friendly and helpful. My driver, Josh was an excellent driver, easy to talk to and let me choose which route I wanted to take. I would absolutely use this service again and would recommend to anyone. Thanks for a very pleasant trip!

Was great service didn't have the experience that I read by others on line . Keep up the great job .
To he drivers are nice however I ordered a taxi at 2:00pm and they didn't arrive till 4:40pm and the operator lady was rude.

I use them pretty much daily and they are coming along and getting better everyday. Since they are the only ride service in the area and have just recently started being 24hrs they are doing a good job. The drivers they have are pretty great and easy to get along with. Some more than others. I have enjoyed every driver's company with the exception of one. He (not knowing I was very familiar with Gaffney and have lived here almost 10 yrs) took me the longest route 3 out of the 4 trips I had him as a driver. Unfortunately for him the difference comes out of his tip. And as someone who works with the public I believe in tipping and tipping WELL. Anyways besides that driver and some minor bumps along the way they have improved dramatically over the last week. I will keep supporting this company and I think with a bigger fleet and expanding the drivers and their standards they will be successful.
