Very very very wonderful! I love Gail. She does amazing work on everything. Amazing flavors as well. If you have a wedding (or any kind of celebration) coming up in the LC area definitely the person to do your cake. !!!

We visited Gale for a wedding cake consultation. Her kitchen was extremely clean, she was very kind, and we were in all of the designs she had for us to look at in person. I couldn't believe the roulette table cake. I would recommend her for anyone in the area looking for a wedding cake.
