I found the intake process to be friendly, courteous and efficient. Wait time for the doctor was to be expected although this wait was generally less than most physicians offices. The doctor was friendly with a pleasant bedside manner, knowledgeable and right on target with diagnosis and treatment. I enjoyed each of my visits to the clinic.

Having been an RN for over 20 years and interfacing with many doctors in a hospital and clinic setting, it was a pleasure to have her as my doctor for my visit. She was so easy to communicate with. She was not distracted by the computer. (Some Docs don't even look at you when they talk). As a matter of fact, the whole office staff, reception, nurses, and lab techs were so friendly and accommodating to me. The wait time was non-existant. I was seen within 5 minutes of my arrival.
