All I can say is that the staff care for you, you don't have to feel scared going into whatever you may have to, the people who work there are compassionate people, I'm lucky to have experienced such a comforting place for such a scary situation I was in. Thank you for taking care of me. (And the animal crackers lol)

I haven't been to this establishment yet, however, when I called the staff were very informative and patient. They made me feel comfortable just from the phone call. I am now 14 weeks pregnant and I am very limited with time to get this procedure. This is the only place that I trust to come to after calling/looking at reviews from my other option facility in Jacksonville.They answered all my questions. I've missed 2 appointments due to my child's father promising me to come along, only for the day of the appointment to give me a hard time. I can not afford this child, as I am the only working person and I currently take care of all the household bills. I am not in a good space because I also deal with DV at home. This facility offered me financial assistance. I pray I get my services from them. Good luck to all.
