I’m really happy with the service here. John was a lot of help, he’s a very nice and funny guy. This was my first car and I was a little bit hesitant about doing all of this by myself. I felt very comfortable and cared for through out the whole process. I could tell they all had my best interest in mind. All the guys that helped me were very welcoming. I definitely recommend them for first time buyers! Great experience!

I visited to help a friend buy a car and the staff here went over and beyond our expectations to get her in a car that she would love. They even fed us three best chili I've ever had in my entire life. If you are looking for a car this is definitely the place to go.

Jake in the service department is wonderful. I always have exceptional service at Carriage in Gainesville, GA. They have a shuttle that takes me to and from work since I work within a couple miles of the dealership. I can't tell you how helpful that is. They also wash my car every time I have service. I love Carriage! I have never received service like this from other area dealerships. It's so refreshing. My husband is jealous!
