This place was beyond what I expected. My daughter and I go to lots of animal preserves and such and by far this was the best. We did the 2 hour walking tour and you get way more than you expect. The staff is so knowledgeable and you can tell they love their animals! I was so surprised at the interactions they had with their animals, the animals love the crew! They are given so much natural space and things to interact with. The amount of space the animals have is so nice, not like some places where you feel sad for them. Overall a great way to spend a Saturday morning learning about these animals and enjoying watching them in their natural habitats.

What a pleasant surprise visiting this place was. Located on a lovely and spacious rural property, this well maintained facility has a large number of thoughtfully laid out exotic animal sanctuaries. The driving tour was very enjoyable and beautiful. In addition to seeing many different types of exotic animals, the gently rolling property has many beautiful trees and ample shade. We look forward to returning for a walking tour once the warmer weather subsides.

Went two years ago and had a stellar experience. Went again this past month and while the conservation effort is as excellent as beforehand, the experience factor could use some work. Recently, they have introduced mobile scooters which detracts from the natural experience. The loud reverse sound should be disabled as it distracts from the presentation and really agitated the animals.

Fantastic. My son and I enjoyed a truly unique experience with Isiah and the animals at Carson Springs. We have visited many zoos and animal preserves across the country, Barry and Christine run a top notch facility, the animals are clearly loved here and it shows.

I highly recommend going here! It was such an awesome experience. The owner and employees (Isiah, Katie, Clayton ) were all very passionate. The animals were well taken care of. It was very clean and well kept. The employees do everything from taking care of the animals to cutting the grass. The tour was about 2 hours and very informative. If you're in the area I definitely recommend going here. It is definitely one of the better animal sanctuaries in the area and the ALL the money goes to the animals.
