A garage door is something you really take for granted. It's just there, and it works..... until it doesn't. And once it's broken, and can't be opened or closed even manually, you might be at a loss like me. We had a wire came off the pully, and the garage door slammed down. It was out of alignment, had wheels snap off, bent the rails, and there was a wire hanging down. I honestly thought I'd have to buy an entire new garage door. I can't say enough with how happy I am with Diamond Doors. Matt was recommended to me by someone who had a similar problem. The damage occurred over the weekend, and Matt was there Monday morning. He could have told me I'd need a garage door, and I would have believed him. The fact that he didn't take advantage of that speaks to his honesty and integrity.
