Was promised to tow the car to our shop from the accident scene. The driver was tipped a 100 to make sure it happens that day but it didn't. Called back Monday and we were told sorry we will get it to you by the and of business but that didn't happen either. Called Tuesday and they said the car will be at the shop by 4 and that didn't happen again. Call Wednesday and at that point, they said they are too busy to do it but we owe storage charges from Saturday until Wednesday!!!! This is a scam. Be careful
Quality service!
Tried to call for a tow. Guy told me it would be 2 hours till someone could make it. I could barely hear him. I was about to say ok, will you still come and pick it up for me. But before I could get that out he mumbled something under his breath and hung up on me. I've used this service before with no issues but this is the last time I call them.
Amazing company and wonderful people!!!! They helped me greatly in my time of need. You guys are truly incredible. Merry Christmas!
