Savor & Savvy

Our family has been seeing Kathy Baker for about 8 years now and I can't say enough of how much we adore her and her nurse, Theresa. Kathy is what we think of as a true \old fashioned\ practitioner. She listens, she knows her patients well and knows when something is off. She never shrugs a symptom off, she will test for it or provide a referral to a specialist which she usually gives you a time/date appointment and has verified they take your insurance. They just go above and beyond every single time. I love her warm and caring bed side manner and can't imagine going anywhere else! Thank you! The Collins Family

Short and to the point: The Physician we visit within this practice has been okay. Not very informative, but at least he hasn’t been rude, his nurse has been helpful and nice....but their front desk people are a whole other issue. I don’t like generalizing (it is unhelpful), butfor the most part the person who picks up my calls sounds like she doesn’t want work. Very short, doesn’t let me finish my sentence and just over all having a very non-helpful attitude. She needs some professional advice from her supervisors. Coming off unwelcoming is probably one of the best ways of losing patients/clients. Listening is a good thing people.

FRONT DESK IS RUDE!!!! No common decency at all. I'm surprised they're still open with all the competition in Gainesville. Do not plan on returning.
