Truly professional and so kind! The receptionist I talked to got me an appointment NEXT DAY, and that was after calling at like 4 in the afternoon. I was in a lot of pain and that truly showed me that they CARE about their patients. Not only did they get me in quickly, but the check in clerk also WALKED my card, ID, and other paperwork out to me so I didn't have to walk in pain. WOW, AMAZING SERVICE. The doctor who fitted my walking boot was so calm and so gentle, she took her time to make sure everything fit correctly and that I could walk around without any issues. She even changed the size of my boot to make sure my comfort level was 100%. WOW. Amazing customer service at the end too. One of the check out receptionist actually came to my room with all my paperwork and took my payment for me there. So amazing. I would truly recommend Hanger Clinic for anyone needing care in the orthotics area. 5 STAR SERVICE.
