The reason I’m giving 2 stars is because of the technicians. As far as the scheduling department / admin department goes, I would not give them 1 star! They are absolutely a nightmare: rude, snappy, and lacking the most essential customer service/health care industry required compassion. Horrible, horrible, horrible and ignorant. They don’t have a clue they are dealing with people who suffer in one way or another! All they care about is themselves and making sure they put you in some place, whatever place that might be!!!

Did not take my temperature for covid. Long wait, unorganized. Only 1 xray tech. Many people in waiting room. I would not recommend this facility.

The technologist’s at this location are phenomenal! Excellent patient care with a smile. They perform excellent mammograms and ultrasounds. I know they also have other imaging services as well.

I filled out the online form requesting an appointment twice, no one ever reached out to me. I called in to make an appointment, went through the whole entire process of giving all of my information before the lady asks me which location I would like my appointment to be at. When I tell her Gainesville, she says they don't do MRI's at that location. I thought I was calling the Gainesville location, but apparently all calls go to a call center. Maybe that is why no one responded to my online request, but they should have at least called me and let me know that they don't perform the service that I was requesting. Also, they should make it clear on their website which services each location provides. They should also ask which location and service before taking someone's information. So two online forms and a 10 minute phone call later, I am going elsewhere because the other locations that perform MRI's are too far for me.

Impossible to schedule an appt at Heathcote. Called several times to make an appointment at the Heathcote office. Was transferred to Fairfax, next call to Leesburg, next call to Cornwall. Wasted 45 minutes, gave up and went someplace else
