Ok If your unit fails, you may be without your car truck up to a week because Interlock solution is not open can't be reached for days. If you break down on Tuesday they will not see you to next week Wednesday. The home office 800 number will not call you back. Pick any other providers and you will be better off. Post note : I see the owners response. This is not true. They absolutely where not available phone right to full voicemail. I had to make a appointment through the main company for next Wednesday 6 days after complete failure of there unit. I have not have a drink on over a year and think it low they would try to use that as a excuse for there lack of care for the customer. If they can't be open in Gainesville 6 days a week like everyone else you're spinning the wheel I hope for you don't have to call.
