Took my truck to get an oil change and tire rotation before a road trip. While waiting on the room I was informed my truck needed a wheel alignment (it was driving perfectly fine before I came in and when I left I have to hold the steering wheel tight because my vehicle wanted to go to the right). When I got home noticed tire rotation was not done, miltipoint inspection was not done either (air pressure in one tire was low, air filters were dirty, low on windshield fluid and none of these things were mentioned or addressed). I came back from my trip and now I have to replace the front wheels that were in GREAT condition because of improper alignment. Now I wonder if I even got my oil changed.

Excellent experience. Very kind and curious people in the service department. Serviced and repaired the things I needed done without trying to up-sell me on other things I didn’t need. Very pleased and I will continue to make the 35 minute drive to have my canyon serviced at Jim Hardman.

The dealership Sales Manager (Bobby) and the salesman (Josh Day) had very pleasant demeanor and we easy to deal with! Simple process, I called and requested an out the door price so I would know exactly what was my actual cost before I drove to the dealership which was 1.5 hours from my home. Within just a few minutes, it was provided to me and I agreed to the price. I told them to have the vehicle ready that I was headed their way. At closing, I was presented the itemized cost to show how we got to the total; I noticed that it was a simple and clean document that you could easily understand. There were no tricks or number shuffling trying to confuse the client. Just simple honest math used to purchase a new vehicle! My other multiple vehicle buying experience thru all my years has NEVER been this good!!! Fair and Honesty to sum it up.I will be buying from them again, again and telling everyone I know about how awesome Jim Hardman Buick GMC and the Team were!!
