First I will like to thank you all for taking care of me, moving here from Miami, I was nervous to have to find a new hospital and doctor I trust with my pregnancy and delivery, also being a black woman those concerns heighten even more due to mortality rate of pregnant black women in this country, however, NGMC L&D made feel like family, me and my babies (twins) health was their number #1 concern, I never felt neglected or unheard and I’m thankful for that. ALL of the nurses are rockstars God bless them, and my Doctors (Dr.Harper Dr.Martin) thank you for making this delivery and pregnancy (csection) a smooth and easy one for me and my family. Actually the best cesection recovery I’ve ever experience. Thank you again. NGMC L&D!!

At the women’s and children pavilion the lady at the front desk wouldn’t let me in to see my sister in law and wouldn’t even take the time to put my last name in to System When I had just gave brith to my son there 7 months ago she’s really rude and didn’t even care I had my brother standing right next to me saying that I had just had my kid there 7 months how could I not be in the system

The first floor is absolutely amazing and their dr.s and nurses are fantastic but the second and third floor is horrible. The nurses on second floor dont listen to the parents or family when telling them about their child and second floor nurses almost killed my child when he was 27hrs. Old. Third floor nurses are rude and disrespectful and were on the verge of killing my baby cousin who isnt even a year old. So if you go to NGMC for the labor and delivery better stay in 1st floor or you could loose your child. I will never take my children there and i will never have any more children there unless i stay on first floor!!!! If they move me they can discharge me first.
