Been customer for long time. Great local service. Still small enough to talk to real people and actually get customer service. Any problems their Tech guys hook you up and fix it. They just upgraded everyone to fiber optic cable and the PRICE did NOT go up. New 5g routers and super good speeds. Highly recommend, thanks Nortex

So far I can’t say much about the actual internet quality. I pay for 100mbs. I haven’t had a lot of experience streaming yet. However, I want to say that the customer service is fantastic. I talked to a gentleman named Floyd about running a hardline outside my house to provide hardwired access to another room in the house, and he did a phenomenal job taking care of my needs. I could genuinely see that he was working hard to take care of me. I really appreciated that. I’ll keep this review updated as I begin to use the internet more and more. EDIT: keeping it at 4 stars because the service is mostly great. I can’t use WiFi as far back as my bedroom however.. range isn’t amazing. But when it reaches, it has super fast speed.

I’m very surprised that Nortex Communications isn’t giving full access to all of their channels during the pandemic quarantine. It would be a great opportunity for them to improve their image. I currently pay over 200 a month for internet, cable TV, and a mandatory landline. And all of those are sketchy at best. Can’t wait to tell them to LMB.

Always having downtime. This is the 2nd month in a row, not counting the summertime issues, where their FireStick cable goes out in the middle of a recording and/or just watching and trying to relax after work! Each time I telephoned the tech support was neither courteous nor capable of fixing the issue!
