Would be 5 stars but... I arrived at 4:30 after I checked that their dropoff deadline was 5pm. I needed to make sure my documents could go out the same day, they are for my work and they are sent using prepaid shipping labels. The lady at the desk informed me that the UPS driver had already left for the day. I told her that I thought the drivers weren't allowed to leave earlier than the dropoff deadline time. She replied that \We keep trying to tell him that\, indicating that he often leaves early from this pick up location. Because of this my deliveries will be delayed an entire day. This is unacceptable in my line of work as I am dealing with sensitive loan paperwork for clients. I would advise that the delivery driver for this location be coached on the shipping policies UPS states and that their customers rely on. Thank you.

The service for the packing was perfect but the employee at the desk was not wearing a mask. There were 10 customers in line and WE all had masks on, but for optimal protection BOTH people need them. Texas COVID is off the charts and I do not appreciate people taking chances with my health.
Love the staff. Mrs Angela always gets a laugh when I come in because I tend to order the wrong things and have to return or exchange them. Have their email memorized so I can send the return label a head of time now. Have always been very friendly and courteous. It’s like going into your local coffee or barbershop the friendly atmosphere.
Use at your own risk! Also notice that a good amount of their 5 star reviews only have 1 review... We had used them for many years. No more. A package amazon reportedly delivered there was never delivered according to them. Life insurance porting paperwork got lost causing us to lose a 300k policy. To top it all off when I called I got attitude from the employee I talked to. No offer to help or to try and find our missing things. I would not recommend them if you plan to have important mail delivered there.
ALWAYS so welcoming and go above and beyond to help you get your package sent off! They have taken ALL the stress out of shipping and returning items!!! It's also a great place for copies too!
