Fantastic customer service. I wanted to buy some quality fire extinguishers for my home and this place was able to help me tremendously. Those Kiddie extinguishers at hardware stores are garbage and won’t work when you need them. For not much more money, you can get quality American made extinguishers. I went in planning on buying some 10 and 20lb ones but they actually talked me out of buying bigger ones. They could have sold me up but instead they sold me what I really needed. They answered all my questions and were great to work with. I’ll definitely be back!

The receptionist doesn't seem to know what she is doing, and we have been waiting for over a week. I called just to find out that they are running a week or so behind and that they do not know which Tech has it, so they cannot give us an ETA. Very unprofessional.
