No hassles, clean, well maintained facility! Great staff too! I had looked at 7 other local storage sites and ended up picking this one the best by far from the rest. Definitely my number 1 recommendation for any storage needs. We had a great experience at Public Storage in Gainesville. The proprietors were very helpful, cordial, and respectful of safety measures related to social distancing due to COVID. We stored two cars at the facility and could not have been more pleased. Great service all around.
I rented a storage unit for more than a year from this location. Throughout the course of my time, I experienced terrific customer service, and always felt they truly cared about their customers. They are a veteran friendly company, with fair and competitive rates and I highly recommend them to everyone on the Gainesville/Haymarket/Bristow VA area. Kristina was amazing, very knowledgeable, personable, sweet and extremely helpful.
Mr. Hitoshi the site manager has been very helpful and patient. he help us to determine size of the storage we need and reserve another smaller unit incase of overflow. price is reasonable and second month is free for a largest unit.
