Extremely Extremely PROFESSIONAL (Duct work services) The Techs where knowledgeable. The Supervisor wow. They made sure we understood All that was being done. They came back to our home EVERY issue we had AFTER the Duct work was done. Stanley Steamer is the best. DON'T I REPEAT DON'T?use Sears for DUCT WORK.. They were able to come out same day which was great. The tech said the stains were going to be hard to get out but they would do their best. They cleaned a little over 1000 sq feet worth of carpet in less than an hour. In about 40 mins they were in and out. After checking out their work, I wasn’t too happy and was hoping the stains would be less visible. I decided to rent a Bissell carpet cleaner machine and take a jab at it the very next day and I got much better results for less than 1/4 of the cost. Their customer service was good, reps were very informative and friendly. Very easy to book same day cleaning.

Just had my carpets cleaned in my living room and hallway. Victoria and partner were at my house a few minutes early (but if your not a few minutes early to me you’re late) which I appreciate. They explained the process and got work and within 20 minutes I walked into a extraordinary surprise. The heavy trafficked area’s in my rug look so much better the rest of the carpet is looks amazing!! The price was just right and I would highly recommend this location for you’re cleaning needs!!

Reps were excellent! Rugs were steam cleaned quickly and efficiently. They also wore masks! Very happy with the job!
