High quality customer service! Better than Re-Tech and has reasonable prices on buying used phones. Always have gotten top dollar for my phones and i really appreciate that! Won't go to anyone else but them! Thanks!

The store is nice and clean, and well organized. The selection of phones is small compared to Retech, however, the service is much better. They are willing to work with you on pricing. Great place!

I was allured by the fact that an iPhone cracked screen replacement was only 65 dollars, but little did I know about the nightmare that I was going to get from that 15 dollar discount over a reputable repair business like Retech. Heres the situation, I cracked my iPhone screen and needed a simple front screen replacement. The phone was a Black iPhone. I brought the phone into Techmodo, paid for the service and they told me to come back in an hour. I come back in an hour for the employee to tell me that they did not have any black screens so they had to replace it with a white screen and said they would call me when the black screen came in. Never received any call back. I had to stop by Techmodo weeks later, just to have them tell me they could ONLY replace my screen with a black aftermarket 3rd party screen which had a blatantly lessened quality. Techmodo installed the black aftermarket screen and broke my phones proximity sensor (how your phone knows to shut off the screen when on a call) and said it was not their fault. The proximity sensor DID work on the original white screen which they replaced my shattered screen with. They deemed the screen defective and told me to come back ANOTHER week later to have it replaced. This time they replaced the 2nd screen (my 3rd return to the store for my original issue) with an OEM screen but STILL had a non-functional proximity sensor. After this replacement they basically told me that it was my fault that the proximity sensor didn't work, which is utter nonsense, and told me to live with it and that they would not correct the proximity sensor. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SCAM OF A BUSINESS. SPEND A FEW MORE DOLLARS AND GET YOUR EQUIPMENT FIXED BY RETECH OR APPLE. TECHMODOSCAMMERS
