What a really fun place. We visited during the pumpkin harvest, but there is so much more to do and see. They have a hay ride, feed the animals area, and a farmers market with fresh breads. If you are looking for trees and landscaping materials, then this is your place. Definitely worth a visit.

This farm is fantastic. Everyone is extremely nice and they’re still keeping up with the fun for Christmas, I’ll definitely be back for the nursery. Only thing that stinks(which isn’t their fault really), I got my tree home(blue spruce) and the entire bottom half has a ton of dead needles that you can’t see unless you’re actually looking into the tree well, I’ve only had the tree a day and have swept 3 dustpans of dead(dark brown and dry) needles out, and I haven’t even put lights in or decorated. I wish I was smarter and really looked into the tree now, it’s just so full which is great that you can’t see into the middle well from just standing back and looking at it. Just be careful and look at the pre cut trees past what you see on the outside, it’s a decent amount of money for a tree, especially if it doesn’t end up lasting the season, to not pay attention like we did.

Family tradition! This is first year we smelled the farm too. Good times!

Thursday, 10/15 - We went to Kinsey Family Farm in search of new shrubs, roses, azaleas, etc. Recommended by our landscaper. The lady in the office never greeted us. She asked if we needed help, answered a couple of questions with a general nod or direction to look. She basically seemed put out that we had questions or needed help help at all. Rather than stay with us or continue to \help\ she walked off to move carts around. We had to wait on her to come back outside to be checked out. She was rude with 'here's your receipt. sign over there'. Never a pleasant word from her. We left grateful to be gone and vowing never to return. No people skills at all, lack of communication skills and passive-aggressive attitude would be better suited digging holes and never working with the public. You never know how someone lives, what home life is like, etc but a kind greeting or a smile goes a long way. We made our purchase but we won't be back. Found Full Bloom Nursery - a gold mind of pleasurable, friendly, and helpful folks. Kinsey needs to re-evaluate their staff!!

Beautiful farm. Traveled from Florida to cut a tree down for Christmas and it was a wonderful experience. They take you on a col tractor ride to the tree location and you cut it yourself and they wrap it up for you. They even help you load it into your vehicle or strap it down.
