I absolutely adore 3 D Dry Cleaners. Melinda and the crew are amazing and they help keep my event venue, The 1888 House, fully stocked with linens and handle my timelines with ease. I trust them completely and have always had a wonderful experience. I am a customer for life!
I am not impressed! I have been a long time customer of the location next to Publix on Thompson Bridge. Over the last year there have been changes made and since then when I drop an item off on Fridays at noon almost EVERY single time it is not ready when it is supposed to be Monday afternoon. I have given them many opportunities thinking it was new staffing or a mix up but every single time is unacceptable. 1 specific item! Very upsetting. I will no longer be using this cleaner.

I was hired to work at the 3D Cleaners on Thompson Bridge Rd by Publix and was not there a week before being told to go to the Plant to Talk to the owner Danny Dunnagan which is also the Mayor of Gainesville. I worked my tail off and was told that he did not like the way things were going and that he was gonna make some changes and let me go. I think that was so wrong how he let me go. I was told he was hurting for money and had some financial problems. I don't know but I don't think he knows how to run a business or more less be the Mayor. You just don't do people like that.
