Great medical facility! They have pretty much most of the specialties, primary doctor, labs, and pharmacy! Everyone is super friendly and nice, and they try to accommodate you. The down aide is that it is usually hard to get early appointment times. But, when it’s the day of your appointment, everything is smooth! Really like the MyChart system they use, everything is so organized!

They've almost always taken me right when my appointment was and they offer a variety of services and doctors at this location. It's a little further if a drive for me but it's totally worth it. Very nice facilities and helpful people who know the jobs they're doing and they do it well!

Was referred to this office by the girls at Pure Asthetics and was sadly disappointed. After it taking me three months to get an appt with a resident, I sat in the lobby for over 30 mins waiting to be called back. After not hearing from someone, I approached check-in desk where woman at the front couldn’t get a hold of anyone. After several minutes of back and forth someone told her it would be another 15 mins so basically an appt at 11am turned into a 12pm appt. I asked to reschedule because I needed to get to another appointment and they couldn’t get me back in as I guess his schedule is maxed out so they said there was a regular physicians assistant who I had never seen that I could get in with the next month. Not going back as this is the second time I have gone there and had issues, suppose to see one doctor and then get another doctor, wait forever and then leave face looks the same.

My two star review is based on the doctor and no other staff member. I started experiencing pain on the left side of my face whenever I would eat. Although I saw nothing wrong in my mouth, I decided to make an appt with my dentist. Seemed like a possible tooth issue. During my appt my dentist took x rays and could not find anything wrong. He told me to follow up with my doctor and go from there. That night the pain became unbearable. I took alot of ibuprofen and nothing would stop the pain. At one point I passed out from it. A friend of mine suggested this ER. My husband took me and the doctor I saw refused to do anything. He said it was a tooth issue and to see my dentist. I explained that I did that and he could not find a problem. Rather than order an xray or do ANYTHING to try and help.. he refused. The only thing he offered to do was give me pain meds. I started to cry in front of him, and the 3 nurses in the room, and pleaded with him to fix it. I did not want to mask the pain.. I wanted to cure it. He refused to do anything. I refused his pain meds and left. It turned out that I had an infection in my jaw. Was the doctor right that it was a tooth problem? Yes. Did my dentist fail me by not seeing that? Yes. However.. had this doctor of at least ordered an x ray then maybe it would have saved me from bone loss in my jaw and the pain I went through. Starting me on a round of antibiotics that night would have been more helpful than ushering me out the door with pain meds. I felt like I was being treated like a junkie.
