I'm happy to share the great repeat service I had with A.B. Veirs Paving. Veirs put in a driveway for us at our prior home in 2005. After we moved to a farm, I knew who to call to convert a long gravel driveway to asphalt. It didn't even occur to me to get another estimate, my prior service having been so exemplary. Joel Jordan, Michael Veirs and crew did an outstanding job, exactly as expected. When they encountered a deep soft spot that needed backfill, the extra charge for another truck was minimal. A. B. Veirs and Sons Paving recently completed a stone paving project for us at Arlington National Cemetery. Our experience with their company was most excellent and exceeded our expectations in all aspects. They went above and beyond with customer service assisting us with removing historic stone on pallets in order to compete the project. Very professional, courteous and on time with scheduling. A. B. Veirs was our construction contractor for a new parking facility with 102 spaces compliant with the Maryland Storm Water Management requirements designed into this facility. A. B. Veirs complied to our detailed design drawings and provided outstanding coordination with both our design contractor as well as plumbing and electrical subcontractors as part of their bid. They provided great flexibility and personalized service with both the customer and his landscaping contractor on this project. They met their commitments on costs in their proposal and proactively provided recommendations to out of scope risk issues that surfaced. Great customer interface and service resulting in very high customer satisfaction throughout this project.
Working with Viers Paving and Mike Viers in particular was wonderful. Mike walked me through his proposal and was on property to oversee the whole paving. I was very pleased with their work and product.
