Nice selection of snow gear, specially for kids. The people at the counter are also very good at processing exchanges and returns. Good safety protocols as well with dividers at the registers and hand sanitizer everywhere.

It’s a great store. The store is huge. It got a lot of amazing stuffs. If you are looking for sporting gears, this is the place to go. They do have a lot of stuffs online sales in the holiday seasons, also they give you discount to your mailbox or email. ( if you are a member) Ashley was the one helping me ordering stuffs online. She is awesome!!!

I'd called in beforehand to check if a particular product was in stock at their store and the associate who'd answered their phone had confirmed it was available. He even said he's putting it aside for me and asked for my last name to make sure its reserved for me when I come. Ended up driving 30 mins one way during my work day to pick it up only to be told upon reaching that the product wasn't in stock at all. The associates there immediately started to sell me similar products from other brands that were more expensive and of lesser quality. Already hate bait-and-switch schemes but it infuriated me even more today as the item had already been assured for me and the entire hassle wasted a considerable part of my day. Unprofessional service. Not impressed.

Disappointing and won't be back. I needed a CO2 paintball tank filled for an aquarium. Called the store directly to verify they refill paintball CO2 and was told that they do, to come in and to go to the camping section. The people at the camping counter clearly did not feel like refilling and claimed they are o longer doing refills\, a corporate decision apparently in the hour between when I called them and then showed up in the store. When I tried to press them with if they still have the equipment, could they still refill it and was then told \our refill system is broken\. No manager to be found. I do most of my shopping online and this wasted trip underscores a big reason why.
