Wow. Wow. Wow. Amazing car buying experience. Low prices. Great customer service. I’m in Colorado and recently bought a car from here. This was my first time buying a car not in person and Fred was super patient and helpful throughout the process and made me feel very comfortable making the purchase. He was friendly, honest, and forthright with purchase and shipping information via phone, email, and text from my first phone call through the day the car arrived in CO. Car in person was exactly as described online. He held the car with a small deposit while I had a local family member test drive the vehicle and then arranged shipping (under the estimate!) and delivery of vehicle and documents was seamless. Highly recommended!

Shortly after my initial inquire, Fred reached out to me. I requested a buyer's order so that I could see the final purchase price for my loan application. He gladly sent it over. The entire buying process was hassle-free and amazing. I'm really glad auto dealers like EAB exist. I couldn't be any happier with my purchase! EDIT: 08/21/20 Cannot forget to mention Liat. There was a bit of mix up with my address on file. She gave me a call and cleared it up. As soon as my tags and registration were ready, she again gave me a call and forwarded the tracking info. I was shocked that I had my permanent tags and registration in less than 3 weeks from the date of purchase. I purchased another car earlier this year from a different dealer and had to hound them because temp tag expired in 2 days on 45 day tags. I am amazed at the professionalism and genuine courtesy at Elite Auto Brokers. Totally recommend them!
I had an issue with a 2019 Mercedes I had purchased and the owner contacted me directly to resolve the matter. In every business there are issues, the difference between one business and others is how those issues are resolved. Elite Auto Brokers is the kind of business you want to purchase a car from. They offer great inventory, reasonable prices, great service and they stand behind what they sell.
If you're looking for luxury high-line cars, look no further. EAB is the best one-stop-shop for buying off-lease luxury cars. They still have factory warranties intact, the cars are super clean and the inventory is like no other dealer. The pricing is also exceptional. They offer wholesale pricing, which is thousands less than you'd find anywhere else. If you go out there, ask for Steve Kwon, he'll change your concept of a used care salesman.
Based on my experience, I can see why Elite Auto Brokers has earned such high reviews. I have nothing but positive things to say in particular about Fred, who was honest, fair and trustworthy. Elite Auto Brokers does have a customer-oriented approach, which inspired confidence throughout the process. I would recommend Elite Auto Brokers to friends and family without hesitation.
