I had a few, smaller electrical needs that I wanted completed in my house, but didn't know where to start. I spoke with Cindy at Go Pro Construction and she was extremely helpful! She asked me questions and went over everything after I was done with my list, to make sure we were on the same page and knew exactly what I expected. The morning that the work was being done, I got a call to let me know they were 30 minutes away and they were at my door on-time. Victor was the electrician assigned to me and he did a fantastic job. He went over the list from Cindy, to again, make sure we were on the same page before he started the work. He added two outlets for me, on in the bathroom (GFCI) and one in my kids' hallway. He also moved an electrical box up in the bathroom to make room for my new vanity light and install my new LED mirror. Everything was beautifully done! I am so happy with the results and Victor was very kind and helpful. He explained all the features of the new LED mirror before he left and had me test things myself to ensure I was satisfied before he left. He also cleaned up the spaces he was working in so well it was like he was never there. Sometimes when you have smaller jobs like this you feel like they are in a rush to get to another, bigger job. Victor was efficient without my feeling like he was rushing to go elsewhere. He took the time to think about the placement of things and even asked me if I agreed with his assessment before making any cuts to the drywall. Great customer service, they showed up on-time, did high quality work, and left my place clean - all for a very competitive price. I can't recommend them enough.

My husband and I decided to renovate one of our bathrooms. Except for re-routing the plumbing, we did all the work ourselves. We demolished the bathroom down to the studs, so this was pretty much a re-build. I wanted to find a supplier where we could get a good-quality bathtub, vanity/mirror, tiles for floor, walls and shower alcove, mortar and grout, sliding bathtub/shower door, sink and bathtub/shower fixtures, glass shelves, medicine cabinet, and other supplies. Go Pro in Gaithersburg provided us with top-notch quality supplies, as well as experienced and knowledgeable counseling on the project from Rita Rosenblum. The project would not have turned out as well as it did without her wise and tactful advice. Rita was knowledgeable about the materials, various construction methods, and basic design concepts which helped a great deal. Designing a great-looking bathroom is not as obvious as it might seem, there is a real skill to it and Rita guided us along from start to finish. It was reassuring and fun to stay in touch throughout the entire project. Since my husband and I both work, it took 9 months of weekends to complete. But what a fantastic result. I was especially pleased with the beautiful iridescent Italian mosaic accent tile we used and the white glass subway tile. Remember that if you want above-average quality you will have to pay for it. The thing that really sticks out about Go Pro in addition to selling top-quality building supplies, is that Rita was there with us all the way, making helpful suggestions, guiding us and showing genuine interest all the long way through the project. You simply will not find that at the other well-known home improvement stores, although I certainly have nothing against them. If you want knowledgeable, true personalized service-very rare these days-and I am of an age that remembers real personalized service-Go Pro is the place.
Best Home Improvement contractor in the area. Check them out and ask for Sam, who's the owner of the company and he's very friendly and helpful. It never seems that they want to make money off of you more than just wanting to help. I believe they do full property renovations and also very familiar with investor relations. Very professional, hard working and friendly company. They answered all our questions, worked with us on our bathroom and indoor back patio design. Started work quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. Worth every penny, excellent service and wonderful craftsmanship. We will be remodeling our kitchen soon also and can't wait to get started now that we have a company we can trust.
