The only reason I gave this place a one star is because the website doesn’t allow zero stars. Marjorie- The lady with the office at the front, possibly the manager, yelled at us when we came in to apply for an apartment. Jose- another guy at the front, spoke to us very rudely when we asked questions. Only guy that tried helping was Michael- super nice guy. We had issues at every step when we tried applying and the office was of no assistance. We were interrupted by other residents who would just walk into the office that we had made an appointment for... Can’t even stop making a list of all the rude inconveniencies. We were told an apartment would be available for us, a few days later we came to apply and it was not available. We were lied to. Never come here expecting quality.

I’ve lived here for a year I haven’t seen any roaches rats or bedbugs. I guess it’s because I keep my unit clean and NEVER leave food or trash exposed overnight\u200d️.The staff is friendly and they are quick with maintenance issues. Do not let these comments mislead you. These apartments are spacious and comfortable.

Do not live there at all cost, please. It's infested with bedbugs in walls, mice and rats everywhere. Buildings are so old, they probably have asbestos. Management would take forever to fix issues, or not fix them at all. It's amazing how the whole place is being run. Please, there must be another option somewhere else, it's just horrible. Run away from this place.

Infested with mice and roaches and staff is very unprofessional and rude. I can truly say for my first apartment it was the worst experience ever. The outside looks awesome but on the inside behind the paint and cabinets it's trash. Rent Goes up at least 100 per year

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! The rent goes up a hundred dollars every year. They spend thousands of dollars fixing the outside appearance. But the infrastructure is falling apart. I quite honestly don't understand how this is legal for them to charge the prices they charge for rent when I've been in low income housing better than these apartments.

This is a bad place please do not live here there's rats mice cockroaches and they dont allow people to play any sports or let the kids do anything they are so slow to repair stuff and it goes up 100 dollars a year please save your money and go someone else

if there was a negative star rating i would put it because this place is horrible PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY....outside beautiful right? i live here currently and ALL the buildings are filled with BEDBUGS&ROACHES DONT BELIEVE ME?? I HAVE PICTURES OF MY CHILDREN WITH BITES AND MYSELF ALSO. the buildings are falling apart with ceiling damage due to the water pipes they haven't repaired in DECADES ,laundry mates are terrible. The area is dangerous here if you dont want to get robbed or stab and care for the safety of your children STAY AWAY. ANY PROBLEM that i have with my apartment for example my sink doesn't work,on several occasions when i called the office for maintenance to arrive they don't write it down or its takes weeks. The staff is a joke here so irresponsible. i didnt want to believe the other bad reviews on here. EVERYTHING IS TRUE about these apartments. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH THESE PROBLEMS i have spoke with many other Tenants living here different buildings and apts with the same problem. i am moving out next month THANK GOD !!!
