In December 2020 Tyrone and Kevin did a wonderful job. They were prompt, courteous and thorough. They respected my property by wearing shoe covers and of course had on face masks. They cleaned the wood stove and did a wonderful job. They also identified the problem i was having and it will be resolved by the company. The technician called and said he was on the way and the company sent me a text message telling me the technician was on the way and sent his photo so I would be able to identify him upon arrival. I highly recommend them.

High's came out to do a cleaning and a video inspection of the liner. Tyrone took the time to show me the cracks and gaps in the old terracotta liner that had been created over time. Shortly after, we made arrangements to have a wood stove installed, which involved installing a new liner, cement chimey crown, and new stainless steel caps. We went with a modern MF Fire NOVA model woodstove (purchased seperatly) and, once it arrived, Tyrone was able to get everything scheduled right away. David and Shorty completed all of the work, inside and out, today. Tyrone called me while I was out buying wood to make sure the work was fully completed and that I was satisfied. I'm currently burning our first fire and really enjoying it.
Called yesterday for an appointment and was able to get it for the following morning! Tyrone and Kevin inspected and cleaned my chimney. They arrived within the block of time and were very professional and polite. Tyrone explained why the 4 walls needed to be replaced along with the rusted cap. He showed me the picture of the rusted cap. He called and arranged for the next appointment. They also put a tarp down and cleaned the area before leaving.
Have used High's for chimney and dryer vent services for many years, and Tyrone Slater in particular has been our technician several times now for both. He has been great: professional, efficient and courteous every time. Would definitely recommend working with these guys.
A few weeks ago I had Tyrone and Kevin come to my house to complete a chimney inspection and I am so glad that I lucked out with these two!! They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They provided excellent communication throughout their visit as well as following up with me about what work I wanted to do. Tyrone made it super easy to schedule another visit and made sure I was well taken care of. I highly recommend these two.
