I highly recommend JL Computer Services. I dropped my lab top yesterday and cracked the touch screen. Jack took a look at it right away and provided an immediate solution to get the laptop function again, for free. He quoted me a very reasonable price to have the touch screen replaced when I decide. Most places would just say I need to replace the touch screen without giving me the option of a work-around. I will be using JL Computer services for all of our computer repair needs.

My son’s laptop required a repair on very short notice before travel for an out of town summer internship. I called many computer repair shops unsuccessfully on a list from Washington Consumers’ Checkbook until I luckily found jL Computer Services (formerly The Computer Place). They have Checkbook’s Top Rating for both quality and price and the ratings are really well deserved. Jack was able to perform a same day diagnosis and repair of the laptop for a very reasonable price and it’s now working good as new! Jack is a very knowledgeable and highly skilled computer expert, who is also very friendly, nice, kind, courteous, and professional. He really saved the day for us, and I can’t thank him enough. I would give him 100 stars if I could. I highly recommend jL Computer Services for all of your computer repair needs.

I bought a computer from Jack with parts we had discussed. I have had it now for months and it was one of my best choices as a consumer. What others said about Jack being there for you is so true. The machine is great and the follow up support could not be any faster or more courteous. I don't think you can do better anywhere. I do not usually write a review but this purchase and follow up deserve 5 stars.
