I attended the professional school at L'Academie in 2013. Awesome experience before, during, and after. The knowledge and experience have proved to be invaluable. It was tough but absolutely worth it and prepared me for what was to come. The support as an alumni is the best, they don't just leave you hanging after graduation. Best culinary school.

I had an amazing experience at LADC. It was very demanding, you are treated like an employee, not like a traditional student, however, I ended up learning a lot more than I have ever learned in a traditional classroom environment. Overall, The chefs/instructors are fantastic, great bang for your buck tuition-wise, and it really opens up opportunities in the restaurant industry.
