Friendly and professional staff! Their team is full of SuperHero’s I was in and out in under 30 min and that includes the wait (Which there wasn’t). All questions answered without hesitation this was Almost too good... think I’ll stub a toe next week to revisit

From start to ending.. Great service.. Reema, Rosina, Danny, Achala-Pa, Colleen. All professional, PROMPT, and amazing direct care. Reema very prompt and professional...Rosina was great she made me smile and laugh easing my fears also direct care...Danny was great also friendly and compassionate and direct care.. Achala was great very understanding, answered all my question and reviewed information she has great bedside manner, thank you all. I walked in nervous and yet all my fears eased. Colleen was also great. I tell you a great team to work with...True heros.. You wear your capes well. Thanks and may God continue to cover you all..

If your goal is to see someone for the sake of seeing someone, by all means. Went twice for the same issue over the course of 3 weeks, second visit was less than 10 minutes long for another misdiagnosis. Comptley ignored my previous history. Also, tried to draw unnecessary labs because they had the charts mixed up. Saw a private Dr and when he took the time to speak to me instead of at me, he was able to properly diagnose my issue.

I had decided to go to urgent care because of a small bite wound I had on my hand, and was told by the receptionist that the doctor can look at it and prescribe me antibiotics. After I had filled out the patient forms I was immediately charged 200.00 upfront before seeing a Dr. Few minutes later, I was called in and my weight vitals were taken, then guided into a small room to wait in. For a little over an hour in a overwhelmingly bleach fumed filled room, I sat there. When the doctor came in, she quickly asked what was I in for, I showed her my hand, told her what had happened and that I needed antibiotics. Very briefly she looked at my hand and said she cant do anything about it and said I needed to go to the ER. Not even examining my hand or anything. Had I known they couldn't take care of the type of visit I wouldve went to the ER first before wasting 200 at this location! Terrible experience, would never go back nor recommend MedStar Urgent Care to anyone, not even my enemy.
