I’m the owner of Anointed Press Graphics, Inc., and have been blessed to be in business for 17 years. Nauticon is the 5th Printer Dealership company I have dealt with and they have been the BEST by far in customer service. EVERYONE I have dealt with has been polite, customer oriented and very accommodating when their is an issue. They BY far speaks volumes to me. I appreciate the effort to make things right if something is not right. I have a Xerox Versant 180 and a Toshiba copier. I’m VERY pleased. Thanks to everyone that I have dealt with.

Nauticon is the best. I made a business service call for a general setup and they came the same day. The first service rep did his part, told me that the other job was service by another person. He put the call in and an hour later this gentle drove from a call in DC to Maryland to fix my problem. That was amazing because you don't get that type of turnaround within the same day. My hat goes off to Nauticon and this isn't the first time they've proven themselves to be efficient. I would highly recommend any business switching to Nauticon, so that they can receive excellent service.
Even in the pandemic, Nauticon's customer service, deserves 5 stars. The telephone customer service Reps were friendly, the technician was prompt and our copier is up and running!
5 stars to our account representative Alex E.! He has been EXTREMELY helpful, knowledgeable, and reliable when it comes to any questions we have about our printer, billing, etc. If he does not know the answer, he finds out. He definitely goes above and beyond - which makes a huge difference!
