Fantastic Small Business Support! Potomac Computer Services reviewed our entire system after the company we had been with for years became very unresponsive. The review was done the day after we spoke and we are so grateful we did this since many things we thought were being managed by the previous company were not! Have been through more IT companies than I care to remember over the years for my business. I was sick and tired of the lack of response, “geek speak” and condescending tone being the norm. Was lucky enough to have another business owner refer me to Potomac Computer Services and I can’t even begin to underscore how different it has been working with this professional company. Communication in basic terms I can relate to my business, very responsive, proactively identifying issues I wouldn’t otherwise know exist and all of this for a fair and reasonable price. So frustrating going through the previous companies but so happy we are now working with Potomac Computer Services.
