Booked an appointment with this company on Monday, they were schedule to do a termite inspection for the house. This was made very clear as to what i wanted done and the person that I was speaking to seemed to understand. He game me the time and even the name and what vehicle the person doing the inspection would be driving. An inspector showed up and didn't know what he was supposed to be doing, it wasn't the person that I was expecting, turned out to be another guy. To make matters worse he was VERY rude. The office people do not seem to know what is going on. Plus, I still do not have the inspection report.

Worst termite service ever. They came in for treatment which never worked. We rather saw more and more roaches after each treatment. They also claim to treat the entire house which they never did. Worst termite service. A no no for any body who wants to get a good treatment. Nick is the worst person to even manage any company, he is always anti-customer. I called to talk to the manager and was connected to nick, Nick was more concern about me paying the full amount() in the 1 year contract than resolving the issue I called to discuss with him. I never mentioned to him I was cancelling the contract but he kept saying if I want to cancel the contract I will have to pay full amount on the contract paper. Not minding the technicians always lie(for instance, treatment for roach was ordered and agreed upon, we where asked to clear the house and leave for 3 hours only to come back and see see roach, a further observation on the paper work left out for us stated that they treated ants and not roaches when roach treated was requested, they will tell you they treated the entire house when they only treated part of the first level). Also noticed that they are very fraudulent, I had an installment payment for the contract signed but noticed they kept trying to make withdrawer from my account after full payment has been make, all they could say was that it’s an error. The long story short( WORST TERMITE CONTROL COMPANY GUYS). A no no for any body that would love a good service and want a good job well done.
We had a rodent and cockroach problem in our apartment and I've always wanted to be able to support local and reliable small businesses in the area. When I came across Senate Termite Control, not only did they help clear out my apartment of the rodents and cockroaches, they were professional, courteous, and super easy to work with. To add to that, I was looking to do some cosmetic repairs on my house - and I found out that Senate does home improvement services as well - they had a guy come out within days to give me a very affordable quote - and I essentially knocked out two birds with one stone thanks to Senate. Would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to give their business to an authentic, family run small business that have been around for a very long time and knows how to get it right the first time.
Jeremy came out to do an initial inspection this morning and was so knowledgeable and kind. He was extremely clear about what he saw, tips, and the services they provide. It was obvious that Jeremy has been in this business for 20 years! He knew so much and provided so much comfort for me after a stressful few weeks of a major mice problem! Even better we were able to schedule the initial treatment this week. I highly recommend this company to support a local small business and some quality work and customer service.
Apparently customer satisfaction has no meaning to this company. I contracted senate termite control to treat my home for subterranean termites. They originally came out on 6/25. I should have known that it wasn’t a good sign when the gentleman was not prepared to do the work and had to call the office. Not only did he not cleanup after himself, do a poor job with the patch work to my brick but more importantly, the termites were evident shortly thereafter his visit. Not to mention that he left my water running outside(I noticed it 8 days later) with the hose not properly attached and therefore leaking. On the day of the visit, within hours of his departure, there was a torrential downpour. Based on my research, it is recommended that the treatment be given 24 hours without rain. So I requested that they return and redo the treatment. It took many phone calls and cancelled appointments before they would finally return on 9/11. Fast forward to 10/24, I noticed termites again. A technician came out on 10/26 for an inspection and then returned on 11/3 to treat again. I’ve reached out to the owner 4 times regarding reimbursement for my water bill and I just keep hearing he’ll call me back. I’m still waiting. I would NOT recommend them!!!
