Sheehy Ford is amazing. My husband called and spoke with Mick. They talked about exactly what we were looking for and he delivered. We went to test drive the F150 and it was the exact truck we were looking for. They were exact on the price the truck was listed for and they even took our Jeep as a trade in. Even the financing was extremely easy. Everyone, from start to finish, was professional and personable. We felt like we were in and out quickly with the perfect truck for a truly great price. We had tried other Ford dealerships in Sterling etc but were not happy with the prices or financing people. We felt like they didn't want to work with us and that they weren't hearing us. Finding Sheehy was just what we needed. You feel like you are being treated like the only customer in the dealership. We were very impressed even with the look of the place. We highly recommend if you want a no bs car buying experience. We will absolutely be back.

We were attended by Marcus, who was knowledgable, attentive, easy to talk to, not pushy at all, and the soul of magnanimity. He is great with the communication and has my car ready to go so that I don't waste time waiting for my car when I pick it up. I really appreciate his attention to every detail!

There just isn’t a low enough rating to give these people. The sales process was fine and my salesman was great. But they forgot to transfer my insurance over which caused the MVA to put red flag on my license, which I had to fix myself. It’s been a year later and now I’m finding out my cars tag and title don’t match. I paid Sheehy Ford for that tag/title/reg so again they dropped the ball twice now and I’m going to be driving around on expired tags because of their failures. The service department is hit or miss as well. It depends who you get. They refused to honor the warranty when my mustang started making terrible noises. I paid them 500 to install an exhaust which was crooked, when I brought it back for them to straighten they claimed I must have hit something(no evidence of that whatsoever). Even then they failed to straighten it out, so I took it elsewhere and in 30 minutes it looked perfect. All in all I would avoid this dealership at all costs. They can’t seem to get anything right.
