They returned my phone call requesting service very promptly. Came out and offered an inexpensive solution and advised me if that doesn't work we can try other solutions but lets start with the least expensive first. I appreciate that approach. They were very nice and helpful. I highly recommend this company and will use them next time an appliance breaks.

John repaired my refrigerator quickly and a good price. He also offered good pre repair advice so I could rule out other things before he came out. I recommend this company.
I'm always leery of having repairmen price gouge me. Star Appliance worked on my washing machine right away. I called other companies first but either they were booked at the time or couldn't service my washing machine because it was stacked underneath my dryer. Fred arrived the next day on time and diagnosed the problem quickly. John explained everything to me and ordered the part. I was very happy with the repair and their professionalism. And very pleased that they arrived in PPE equipment. If I am ever in need of another appliance repair, I will contact them first. I think the value is good because I paid more the last time I had my machine repaired for a different reason by a different company.
John arrived within an hour of his notification of my broken refrigerator. He quickly assessed the problem, the promptly went to retrieve the part. His professional, yet friendly, demeanor made him a pleasure to work with!
I am delighted to write this review for Star Appliance Repair. I contacted the owner of the company John for my non-functional Samsung dryer and LG dishwasher. Within minutes, John returned my phone call and asked me to describe the problems that I was having with my two appliances. First, he was upfront about the approximate cost involving parts and labor, which was reasonable. But then, before even coming to my house, John asked me to perform a few preliminary checks on the appliances right over the phone. After spending about 30 minutes of his time, he was able to diagnose the problems, and with his help my dryer and dishwasher were functional again. John said that both appliances needed only minor re-calibrations and the dryer’s duct required just cleaning – no mechanical or electrical defects. To my surprise, John did not charge me even a penny. I was pleasantly surprised by John’s honesty, which in today’s time is seldom seen, and expressed my gratitude for his selfless kind help. I will definitely call him for any future problems with my appliances. I did not know John previously. I contacted him based on his outstanding posted reviews. Like others, I must admit that he is honest and incredibly knowledgeable with a very high level of professional skills, in addition to being very friendly and kind person.
