Virginia was fantastic teaching me how to use my long arm. Had to come back to learn how to use my bobbin machine and front staff came through. Thank you for being so helpful and caring

They were very helpful. I was greeted by both people working within 2 minutes of arriving and was assisted within 5...it was probably faster (I didn’t time it) but it didn’t feel like I had to “wait”. It was just long enough to walk around the shop and look at the machines. I am looking at buying a longarm and they answered all my questions. I had done a lot of independent research, and they carry both of the ones I was considering and he helped me pinpoint which would really work best for me and my setup. They were pretty busy. One woman thanked the man for helping her get her sewing machine out of her car for her. Though it was my first visit, it appeared to me that they must stay busy because of the great service. It did however take a long time for me to be able the visit because their store hours are very short and I usually cannot get there when they’re open, but it seems like they’re probably worth arranging time to go there.

No pressure sales. They carry great products and share their knowledge with you. After we got our Miele vacuum home, we were happier with it than when me bought it. More than happy with each step of the sale.

Brought in my Dyson for repair because the brush head would not spin on carpet. The rep said she would make a note of it and they would do a 75 tune up and call me and let me know what was wrong and any additional charges. She said they were very backed up and it would be a few weeks before they could look at it. They called a few weeks later and said it was “ready” with no description of what they did or what was fixed. When I went to pick it up, they were eager to close the store, so I paid without testing it and left. When I got home, I discovered the original problem was not fixed. I brought the vacuum back in and they did not apologize for the inconvenience or explain their process. This rep said it was probably the switch and it would be 25 to replace. I got a call that it was ready, so I went to pick it up, had to ask to test it, and again did not get an explanation about the nature of the repairs. Now that I have it home I discovered that there is a different brush head on my vacuum, again with no explanation. In addition to these customer service issues, no one was wearing masks when I arrived today and their store hours are very inconvenient for anyone who works (9-3).

My wife likes getting her sewing machine cleaned at your establishments bc of how friendly you are and how she's treated. Also finds what she needs too...

I've bought both my sewing machine and vacuum cleaner from them. Had both for a long time. Had to take my sewing machine in for repairs recently ( first time). They were wonderful.
